I have always loved food and nutrition. My real interest in this science was initially sparkled while I was working as a nurse in the renal dialysis and transplant department where the nutrients are essentials in the treatment and the recovery. Then my decision to shift my career to become a nutritionist was determined.
As a mother of two kids, I was passionate of children healthy eating and habbits so I developped my knowledge about recipes and menu planning.
For the past 14 years I have been working developing menus for hospitals and customise diets for critical cases patients. I was in charge of the dietetic department in the food production of Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City. Then my career became more challenging when I was nominated for the opening of a 7 stars hospital in Qatar a Royal hospital “Sidra Medicine”. One of the most luxurious project in the middle east.
As secondary activity I was consulting clients in my private practice. I primarily consult across the areas of women’s health, gut health and weight loss. I have particular expertise in helping adults and kids with nutritional deficiencies, particularly allergies, intolerances and restricted/fussy eating.
I combine my knowledge with a real-world practical diet plan that suits the busy lifestyle that doesn’t leave a lot of time left to spend hours in the kitchen. For this reason, meals that are suggested from the usual daily family dishes.
